Ipoh Trip Aug 09 - Part I

Travel Photography by Chiat Hau Photography (Ipoh Trip)Dim Sum.. Yummy. : )~~

So so... today we are going to talk about Dim Sum. Basically the 2 famous dim sum restaurants located in Ipoh. One that just got renovated and another which is still in his old classic way.

Travel Photography by Chiat Hau Photography (Ipoh Trip)Some of the display you could see in Foh San.

First, let me go over to Foh San, it just got renovated and moved to a bigger building. (Yes, it is seriously BIG and it is a 3 levels building). But the customer could only be seated on the the 1st and 2nd level. But what we found out is that Foh San does not have a lot of dim sum choices as it used to be last time.

So in the end, we didn't took much of there and move to another restaurant which is just opposite of it, "Meng Kok". Meng Kok maintained it in it's own classic way. small, not that cozy and there are a lot and a lot of people in it.

Travel Photography by Chiat Hau Photography (Ipoh Trip)I don't think I could even move my toes here. ~:||

Anyway we didn't have a very nice experience in Meng Kok since we are requested to move ourselves in the middle of our meal due to the place seating. I bet they should improve more on their seating organization. :"P

Anyway Dim Sum is nice from both of the restaurant. Before I ended this blog post. Let me do some comparison on the new and old Foo San as well as some portrait shot taken in the restaurant. (Opps... simple one of course) :")
