New York, New York
Is time to depart back from Vegas. As usual we waking up early that day to clean up ourself and then walk out to get some quick shoot on the street. (Yeah we only have roughly 45 minutes) then we headed back to Arizona after that. But we do have a plan to have a quick stop at Hoover Dam. We have seen the Hoover Dam view in the middle of the night (1230am) but checking out the view in the morning is going to be the first time (And I am pretty excited about it. ;"D (Way Chiang told me that it is also one of the scenery for Transformer. Remember the base where they kept Megatron).

More photos after the jump...

Up close and personal
There is a new bypass under construction right now as well. This signature bridge will span the Black Canyon (about 1,500 feet south of the Hoover Dam), connecting the Arizona and Nevada Approach highways nearly 900-feet above the Colorado River and has officially opened on the 19th October. So do check it out if you all are there. ;)

Gonna love the view here.
Hoover Dam is pretty cool as well. It gives me a military feel kinda of feeling. (I think that's why the Transformer crew choose to take the movie here) and also the river, the water is so so still. And it makes me wonder if there is any lake monsters live in there or not and then suddenly jump out from the water. x"D (Yeah, full of imagination again) x"P

Really appreciate that. :") Alright, a short post and more to come after that. I hope that all of you have a great night. Cheers.

  1. Ya indeed a very imaginative shoots of the dam! All are full of possibility to make our imagination runs wild! At least I am!! Hahaha..
One even looks like an entrance of the aliens experimenting with the nuclear weapon to make all humans becoming mutants. haha
The view is fascinating! Imagine when the water level is higher.. the view will be different when the water falls from the steep wall!!

  2. B&G, yes you are right. It is more like a military base to me and they are doing some experiments inside there. (Sound like Area 51 ya). and yes the opening, when I see that I am like, what creature will climb out from there... qx"P Yeah love the view there. The water is like so still... static and if the water level go high, I bet it will provide us another type of feeling. ;) Thx for dropping by. :)
